Items that are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns include: Sale Items, Doorbusters, Swimsuits, Jewelry and Accessories, Hats.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference as Morgan Claire is not responsible for any items that are lost in transit.
- YOU MUST include packing slip and/or order # with return or we will not be able to process your return
- You can find your packing slip on the backside of your shipping label.
- Once we recieve your return, please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

- Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped.
Lost Packages
- We will investigate any packages that are lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address.
- If shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
